Message to Liveclicker customers regarding COVID-19

Dear Customers and Partners,

We have received a number of inbound queries about our preparedness for the interruption to normal business that the COVID-19 virus may cause, and wanted to provide a clear response.

First, please know that the safety of our employees and of all of our customers and partners is our priority. Liveclicker has always had a distributed workforce used to working flexibly – from home or wherever else we may be. This means we are well positioned to seamlessly deliver the same service you have come to expect from us, whether we are in an office or working from home. We have already limited air travel globally and domestically, and we are shifting our participation to virtual events in order to do our part to keep everyone healthy. 

We encourage all of our employees, customers and partners to follow the advice of the CDC and WHO on best practices for staying healthy, as well as to follow the directives of local authorities when it comes to any local travel or participation in events and activities.

Please be assured that we are prepared to handle increases in volume immediately. We’ve committed to ongoing business continuity planning, ensuring our infrastructure is both flexible for current needs and prepared to grow with future needs. We have the flexibility to handle the send volume you may need during this challenging time and beyond, and we look forward to supporting your business needs with our usual SLAs.
