Two RealTime Email Innovators stood out in the second quarter of 2017 – both for upping the ante on personalization based on behavioral and email open-time data – and the results speak for themselves. Using contextual targeting with 100 percent of its subscribers, retailer Stella & Dot improved their customer experience and achieved a substantial increase in email engagement. Celebrity Cruises personalized up to nine different content elements in one email and received the highest engagement rates and nearly 3X in revenue improvement over any campaign deployed in 2017.
