Already using email marketing, DIRECTV’s challenge was updating current campaigns to excite existing and potential customers. Also, lowering the barrier to entry for subscription upgrades via their email channel.
With over 37 million customers between the U.S. and Latin America, it was vital for DIRECTV to create a unique email marketing campaign. Driving additional sign-ups would require a new approach using new technology.
