Xavier Casanova – Co-Founder/CEO

Xavier Casanova is a Silicon Valley high-tech entrepreneur, specialized in e-commerce, video applications and online marketing. He founded web analytics vendor Fireclick in 1998 (acquired by Digital River), fast media sharing company Wambo in 2004 and most recently, Liveclicker, a new startup located in Silicon Valley specialized in video commerce solutions. Xavier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ecole Polytechnique (France) and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Justin Foster – Co-Founder/VP Market Development

Justin Foster is an entrepreneur specialized in e-commerce and online marketing. Justin also founded the Video Commerce Consortium, the industry’s largest trade group devoted to advancing the use of video in e-commerce. Prior to Liveclicker, Justin led the services practice for WhatCounts, an email marketing technology provider, where he was responsible for client strategy and development. He also founded the Email Marketing Roundtable, an industry group that represents over 1,500 email marketers worldwide. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University with emphasis in Information Science and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Chinese from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Walt Mann – Co-Founder/CTO

Walt Mann has worked in the areas of software design and development for over 20 years. Previously, he was principle architect at Fireclick, Inc., developing industry-leading products in web analytics and data warehousing. He was also employed by Stanford University for research in formal methods, language design, and event-based processing. Walt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Martyn Webster – CFO

Martyn has been our Chief Financial Officer since August 2011. He has over twenty years of finance and accounting experience and has worked with numerous companies in almost 30 countries. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked in small-business advisory, audit and M&A transactional work. His client base ranged from start-ups and small, owner-managed businesses to large multinationals. From 2004 to 2005 he was Controller of VISX, Inc. until their acquisition by AMO, Inc. In 2005, prior to their IPO, he joined XenoPort, Inc. and as Vice President of Finance was responsible for all aspects of the finance and accounting departments. Martyn is a CPA, a UK Chartered Accountant and received his M.B.A from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.

Simon Mutlu – VP Sales

Simon Mutlu joined Liveclicker in mid-2010 after more than fourteen years in sales, marketing and management in collocation, web analytics and email marketing. While working for companies such as Southwestern Bell Corporation, AboveNet, Digital River and WhatCounts, he had the opportunity to build sales and marketing organizations while developing a keen interest in online marketing services. A former music major, Simon is a father, a mentor for college students and an Ironman triathlete.
