Liveclicker Video Email Express is a video email automation platform for creating and delivering multiple versions of a marketer's video - ensuring each subscriber enjoys the best possible video in email experience given the limitations of his mail client. The patent-pending process employed by Liveclicker enables video in email compatibility with nearly all email clients - without creating rendering or deliverability issues. How it works
After Liveclicker builds the different versions of the video, the platform generates a snippet of HTML code for copying/pasting into the email campaign HTML. The code is deliverability-friendly because it does not use either Javascript or Flash. Instead, it contains special encoded URLs pointing to the Liveclicker Video Email Express system.
As the email renders in the subscriber's inbox or preview pane, these special URLs trigger the Video Email Express system into action. Video Email Express identifies the web browser or mail client used by the subscriber along with the mail recipient's domain (e.g. mail.google.com). This information is matched by Video Email Express against a database of email clients to determine which video should render. Liveclicker looks up the correct information in near-real-time so the subscriber sees the video directly within the email without delay or downloads.
